The incident has been successfully contained and there is no evidence of data loss or breach.
Remediation work is continuing 24/7 with the goal to restart Expert as soon as it is safe to do so in a controlled manner.
Our technology teams, working through the night have begun the process of cleansing, as a safeguard. Once this step is complete, the process of bringing the system up will begin.
While it’s too early to advise on the restoration of Expert, we still strive for the goal of fully operational start of business Monday March 23.
